We buy regional youth soccer clubs, keep their name and their identity, and run the business behind them. Two founding seats are open, plus a short paid sprint for a student. Everything below builds something that does not exist here yet.

How we operate

Ten to twelve clubs, run better than any one of them could afford alone.

Radical follow-through. Fixed by Friday means fixed by Friday.
Create value, don't extract it. Every dollar spent unnecessarily is a dollar not spent on the kids on the field.
Humble, not corporate. These are soccer people. You get your hands dirty. You don't show up with a deck.
Speed over polish. Ship the 80% version and iterate.
No politics. We optimize for being effective, not for looking good.
