Backline Alliance is a family of youth soccer clubs across the country. Each club keeps its own name, its own coaches, and its own standing in its community. Behind them sits a shared organization that takes on the business of running a club, so the people leading each one can spend their time on the fields and in the gyms where the actual work happens.
Running a youth soccer club has quietly become a serious business. Registration, payroll, insurance, facilities, travel. Most clubs carry all of it on a founder working nights and a volunteer board doing its best.

Every dollar spent unnecessarily is a dollar not spent on the kids on the field. We run our clubs like the families they serve are watching, because they are.
Most founders have spent twenty or thirty years building their club, and most don't have a clear answer for what happens to it when they step back. Partnering with us is that answer. The club carries on with its identity intact, the founder is taken care of, and the community keeps what it spent a generation building.
On the surface, nothing changes. Same name, same crest, same coaches on the same sidelines. What changes is underneath: steadier operations, better facilities over time, and a club that no longer depends on one exhausted volunteer to keep the lights on.
